Potato Bun
Tried this amazing recipie by seeing lot of youtube videos π€π Everyone has almost same ingredients and the same way to make it. So below is the just mixture of all π€£π€£ with few tips.
Wheat flour - 2 cups
All purpose flour - 2 tablespoon
Baking powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Dry yeast - 2 spoon
Sugar - 1 spoon
Salt - as per taste
Butter - 3 tablespoon
Milk - half cup
Potato palya/sabzi
Let's do it!!!
1. Mix yeast in half cup milk along with sugar and leave it aside for 15min.
2. Add dissolved yeast, salt to wheat flour and start mixing it.
3. Add little amount of milk or water if required and make into a dough.
4. Knead it for 5min.
5. Now add cold butter and knead again for 5min or until butter gets mixed up with dough completely.
6. Cover the dough, keep it aside in warm place and let it rise.
7. Make potato filling just like the one u make for masala dosa.
8. Once the dough is double the size, punch it to release the gas and knead it again for 10min.
9. Grease the baking pan with oil.
10. Make desired size dough balls and keep it on the tray and leave it for 10min.
11. When it is doubled the size, put the potato filling in the middle and start folding it into a ball again. (Stretch and fold)
12. Give milk wash to buns before baking
13. Bake buns at 200°c for 30min.
14. Apply butter and ready to

Tips:
Don't keep dough long for fermentation, it spoils the flavor of bun.
Use milk than water for smooth texture.
Once 15min of baking is done check the bun and then bake it more if it requires. (Shouldn't take more than 30min)
Baking time also depends on the bun size
