Smart ways to make kids eat vegetables and fruits🤗👍
Ingredients:
Beetroot
Half Apple
Half banana
Wheat flour - 2 to 3 tablespoon
Jaggery as per taste
Milk
1. 1st method is to boil all vegetables, fruits and smash it.
2. 2nd method, just grate raw beetroot and apple.
3. I've used kerala nendran banana so I've boiled everything and blend it to smooth paste.
4. Add wheat flour, jaggery, milk and mix it like pancake batter.
5. Leave it for 20min(optional)
6. Add little cooking oil on pan and put batter like pancakes.
7. Flip and cook both the sides till its slightly brown.
8. Ready to Serve pancake with honey or topping of your choice
TIPS:
eggs can be used if you eat egg.
Yogurt can be used if your baby is allowed to eat.
Cool. Very good idea to make children to eat with healthy ingredients
