Banana kheer for babies

10min recipie!!!!

Ingredients :
Nendran banana ( long kerala banana) 1: 1
Coconut milk
Jaggery 
Dry fruits of your choice
Ghee

Method:
1. Peal off the banana and smash it to a coarse paste ( let the baby get to chew little)
2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry dry fruits and keep it aside. I've used just raisins.
3. To the same pan add some more ghee and add smashed banana and fry it for 3 4 minutes.
4. Add coconut milk based on the consistency you want and boil for 2 to 3 minutes. 
5. Add the roasted dry fruits and feed your baby when its warm ๐Ÿ‘


Tips:
Boil the banana if your baby is below 1 year old.
Use cow milk instead of coconut milk if your baby is below 1 year. 
Breast milk can be added just to the fried banana and can be given to 7 to 8 months baby. 
Contact your doctor for usage of coconut and cow milk. 
It becomes thick when its cooled down. So adjust with milk as per your baby taste.
