Ingredients:
All purpose flour: 2 cup
Milk: half cup
Yeast: 2 tablespoon
Sugar: 1tb spoon for yeast mixture
Powdered sugar: 1 cup
Desicated coconut: 1 cup
Tuti fruti: 1 cup
Oil: 2 tablespoon
Butter: 4 tablespoon
Baking soda: half teaspoon
Salt


Method:
1. Take yeast, sugar and warm milk in a bowl and leave it for 15 min.
2. Once yeast is activated, add flour, baking soda, oil and salt. Knead the dough thoroughly and leave it for 1 and half hr.
3. Let the dough raise.
4. Mix tutifruti, coconut and sugar in a bowl and keep it aside.
5. Once the dough is ready, punch it to release the air.
6. Apply butter and knead it thoroughly again for few minutes.
7. Divide the dough into 2 portion.
8. Roll the dough and let be thick.
9. Place one roll on the baking tray and add the coconut mixture to it. Spread all over. 


10. Place the another roll on top of it and seal the edges..
11. Leave it for 20 to 30 minutes and it doubles.
12. Brush the dough with milk and cross check the sealing.
13. Bake at 180°c for 30 to 40 min in a preheated oven.
14. Apply butter on top once its baked completely.
15. Cut into triangle shapes when its little hot and it makes easier.


Tips:
Use warm milk as it creates favourable environment for the yeast.
You can add your choice of dry fruits also.
Before baking check the edges, as the 30min incubation would have created air and sides will be opened.
Seal properly.
