Ingredients:
Shredded Boneless Chicken 1 cup
Egg: 1 beaten 
Cooked rice: 2 cup
Carrot: 1
Cheese
Salt


Method:
1. Boil the chicken and shred them using fork.
2. Carrots can be used uncooked or cooked. 
3. Take rice in a bowl. add grated carrot, chicken, egg, cheese, salt and mix thoroughly. 
4. Put oil on muffins tray. 
5. Fill the cups with the mixture.
6. Top it with cheese.
7. Cook in oven at 200°c for 15 to 20min.

And it's ready πŸ‘πŸ€— 

You can make it spicy with little pepper and chilli powder.
