Yummy Tasty!!!

Ingredients:
Yeast 3 teaspoon 
Milk 1 cup
All purpose flour: 2 to 3 cup
Brown sugar: 1/4 cup
Salt: half teaspoon 
Butter 1 cup

Method:
1. Mix warm milk yeast and sugar in a bowl leave it for 15min or until yeast foams up.  
2. Add flour, salt and mix it to a dough. You can use dough maker in low speed. 
3. Remove it from bowl and knead on flat surface. It will be soft and slightly sticky.
4. Cover the dough and keep it in warm place for 1hr. Let the dough rise.
5. Take cold butter on a plastic and cut into long pieces. 
6. Place a plastic over it and roll to flatten it.
7. Take out the dough, Punch the dough to release the air.  
8. Roll the dough little and Place butter in the middle. Fold the edges to cover the dough completely.
9. Roll it again into a thick dough and keep it in refrigerator for minimum 1hr. 
10. Another simplest my way is just to mix the butter along with flour and keep the flour to rise
11. Flour the surface and take out dough. 
12. Knead it and make small balls. 
13. Roll each balls, flatten it and keep it aside. 
14. Brush melted buffer on each and place one above the another. Repeat the process. 
15. Roll and flatten the dough again. 
16. Cut the dough in long triangle shape. 
17. Keep chocolate or jam or your choice stuffing 1 inch away from the edge. 
18. Cut the edges in the middle and tuck the filling. 
19. Roll it and keep it aside for 15min. 
20. You will see a rise. 
21. Give egg wash or milk wash based on your choice. 
22. Bake at 250 or 300°C for 5 to 10 min in a preheated oven. 
23. Reduce the temperature to 200 and bake again for 5 min or till your croissants are cooked nicely. 
24. Mix 2 teaspoon of brown sugar in 3 tablespoon of water and boil it to a slightly sticky consistency. 
25. Brush the syrup on croissants and its readyπŸ˜πŸ‘


Tips:
1. More Butter and more rolls gives you those air pockets and more layers. 
2. You can bake it on stove. Place a wire stand on pan and heat ot for 5min. Place the tray with croissants and bake it low flame for 30 to 45 min. 
3. Baking time in oven or stove depends on the size of your croissants
