Egg cups πŸ₯šπŸ³

Just an another way of making omlete πŸ³πŸ€—πŸ˜‚ Easy to make with less ingredients and perfect for breakfast

Ingredients:
1. Eggs: 4
2. Cheese
3. vegetables like shredded potato, onions, bell pepper, broccoli, tomato. Anything of your choice.
4. Black pepper
5. 1/4 cup Milk
6. Salt
7. Chilli powder

Let's prepare:
1. Preheat oven at 200°c.
2. Beat the eggs and keep it aside. 
3. Grease the muffin tray with oil.
4. Place your desired combination of fillings. I've used onions, tomato and grated potato.
5. Sprinkle salt pepper and chilli powder.
6. Pour the beaten egg and fill 75% of cup.
7. Finally add some grated cheese and coriander. 
8. Bake it for 15 to 20min and ready to eat. 

If u don't have oven, u can use small aluminum or steel cup. 
Place it on tava and cover it.
