Wheat cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup ghee
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar.
1/2 cup milk

1. Take ghee in a bowl and add sugar
2. Mix it with hand or a mixer.
3. Add flour and milk in batches and mix it to make  soft dough.
4. You can add milk more if the dough is very hard and dry.
5. Place the dough between the butter paper and roll it to the thickness you desire.
6. Cut into shapes which you want and bake at 260 degree for 10min.

Tips:
Keep the cookies size uniformly in a baking batch to bake uniformly.
Don't over bake it and burn the cookies. Turn off the oven when you see edges of cookies are becoming dark.
If you find cookies are still soft don't worry let it cool down completely.
