Quick veg hashbrowns

Quick and Tasty!!

Ingredients to serve one...
Potato 1
2 to 3 tablespoons of maida or all purpose flour 
Mozerella cheese 2 tablespoon 
Half opinion finely chopped 
Salt and chilli powder as per taste
Coriander 
Oil for frying 

Method:
1. Shred the potato using a grater. 
2. Wash it thoroughly and strain the water. 
3. Add all the ingredients to bowl and mix it to slghtly thick consistency. Add Water if required. 
4. Heat oil in a pan. 
5. Place the mixture into pan as rectangle or round.
6. Let the thickness be half a inch. 
7. Flip and Fry for 5min or till it becomes golden brown colour  
8. Serve with ketchup πŸ˜‹
